As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the way in creating simple, user-friendly designs that make our products easy and enjoyable to use. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and thoughtfully advocates for what’s best for the user experience, collaborating with others to create the most effective solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other teams, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful solutions to the table. We need someone who can simplify complex problems, design with purpose, and confidently stand by their decisions to ensure we’re delivering the best experience for our users. If you’re passionate about making things easy and intuitive while pushing for what’s right for the user, we want you on our team. Strong understanding of Material Design principles and best practices. Experience designing web and mobile applications. Familiarity with collaborating with product and engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and simplify user flows. A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centered designs and problem-solving skills. Bonus: Experience in SaaS or property management technology is a plus. A proactive approach to creating simple, user-friendly designs. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma. Clear communication skills to explain design ideas and decisions. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
