Process and manage domestic and international payments in compliance with internal controls and company policies. 2. Monitor payment cycles and ensure timely execution of payment runs. 3. Reconcile payment-related accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with other departments. 4. Support month-end closing activities related to payments. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of payment processes. 6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in payments or payment management within a Shared Services Center. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level), including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Solid understanding of financial processes and payment cycles. - English level B2 or higher – able to communicate effectively in an international environment. - Team player with a proactive mindset.
