Key Responsibilities: - Design and Deliver Training Programs - Conduct Fitness Assessments and Goal Setting Sessions - Provide Coaching on Proper Technique, Mobility, Recovery, and Injury Prevention - Track and Evaluate Client Progress Regularly - Build Strong Client Relationships and Support Them Through Accountability, Education, and Motivation - Maintain High Session Quality, Punctuality, and Professionalism Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and inspire participants, and maintain control, structure, and flow of each class. The role also requires the ability to adapt training programs for beginners, athletes, and special populations, and to collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
