About the team: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. Responsibilities - Accountable for achieving revenue targets for the Andina market, reporting to Head of GBS, LATAM - Run quarterly forecasting cadence to provide visibility of sales pipeline status and plan to achieve target, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving targets. - Develop scalable operations solutions and improvements to support continued advertiser growth - Work seamlessly between sales channels and business functions to drive the go-to-market strategy and operations in Mexico. - Drive alignment between sales and core cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Operations and Ad Operations. - Identify and drive revenue org productivity and efficiency improvements. - Work with strategy on annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterly tracking and insights areas of deviations and recommendations. - Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including (but not limited to) forecasting, pipeline development, training, certifications, hiring, performance management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
