Job Title An exciting opportunity has emerged to lead the development of access strategies for Sanofi's pharmaceutical portfolio within the Colombian healthcare system. This pivotal role will require a skilled professional to manage ecosystems comprising insurers, providers, and pharmaceutical managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the product value proposition and other health solutions to payers while ensuring alignment with local Market Access functions and cross-functional teams. About the Job - Leverage expertise in immunology, diabetes, and transplant medicine to inform access strategy development - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners, global MAx function, and regional teams - Develop and implement timely roll-outs of deliverables, including Value dossiers, economic models, and payer engagement activities The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pricing and Reimbursement (P&R;) systems and their impact on value proposition design and delivery. Additionally, they will have experience in government structures, public policies, institutional markets, and health economics concepts. Requirements - Strategic leadership skills with ability to translate clinical information into payer access strategies - Strong analytical skills with ability to work well in a cross-functional team - Excellent communication-influence skills with ability to design and implement innovative contracting schemes A graduate degree in Public Health, Health Management, Epidemiology, or Health Economics is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or Pharmacy will also be considered.
