Knowledge of Unix, NFV, vMSS, and VoLTE. Strong knowledgeof core network protocols, including C7, SIP, and Diameter.In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:Level 2 incident resolution . Heath Check and Maintenance Operations onin scope network elements and infrastructure.Severity 1 to 4 Incident triage, support, management, restoration,recommendations.Root Cause Analysis Support, post incident or eventMajor Incident, Problem Management, Change Management (Processparticipation and Support)Creation and maintenance of processes and procedures for T2 tasksProvide Support for network configurations, expansions, installations,integrations and updates.Maintain and update all network documentation, processconfigurations.Interface with and support all internal and third-party supportproviders and vendors in the management and resolution of incidents.Monitor Network Capacity and provide weekly/monthly reports or asrequired on areas of concern and overall performance.Provide training and procedure enhancements to T1 support team whereapplicable. Maintenance and update of Knowledge Base as required.Review of events and alarms outside the persistence’s or rulesconfigured for TK generation.Share restoration processes and Troubleshooting.Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initiallyconsidered for this position.
