If you are passionate about finance processes, and you areinterested in working in a high performance team as an AccountReceivable Analyst, you will be responsible for: 1. Administeringand ensuring compliance with Accounts Receivable processes 2. Processing daily lockbox receipts cash application system andmaking necessary account adjustments 3. Resolving customerdeductions and overpayments via letter, email or telephone call 4. Performing cash, accounts receivable, and general ledgerreconciliations 5. Processing credit card transactions and posting6. Assisting with statistical reporting on a monthly basis 7. Assisting in preparation for audits 8. Data Collection and Analysis9. Analyzing financial and credit information from creditapplicants, reviewing payment history, financial statements andassessing repayment capacity and providing recommendationsregarding credit approvals or rejections to establish credit limitson new and existing accounts. What will you need to take theposition? Technical knowledge: Bachelor's Degree - Finance,accounting, banking or related fields. 1. Advanced English andSpanish language proficiency. 2. Advanced knowledge of MicrosoftExcel. 3. Knowledge of letters of credit. 4. Knowledge of NIFs andIAS, audits. 5. Knowledge of the accounting and tax regulations ofLatam & CA. 6. Experience with ERP system. 7. Experience withCRM system, experience with OneCRM/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Skills: 1. Proactivity 2. Able to work in a practical environment.3.
