We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our data-driven team and take ownership of analytical strategy, data exploration, and business insights delivery. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, managing a small team of analysts, and turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions, improving reporting processes, and contributing to the development of scalable analytical frameworks. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, from business requirements gathering to data analysis and presentation of insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data Engineering) to define KPIs, monitor business performance, and identify opportunities - Design and maintain complex SQL queries and dashboards to support operational and strategic needs - Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment between stakeholders and data solutions - Define data standards, implement QA processes, and contribute to the overall data strategy - Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences - Drive the adoption of best practices in data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication Requirements - 6+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence would be ideal - Proficient in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, Big Query, Redshift, or Snowflake) - Strong experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) - Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes - Experience working with large datasets and optimizing queries - Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives - Proven leadership experience or mentoring of junior analysts - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Spoken English – Upper-Intermediate or higher is needed Nice to Have - Experience with Python or R for data analysis - Experience in stakeholder management in cross-functional environments - Familiarity with DBT, Airflow, or other data engineering tools - Knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and experimentation - Experience in domains such as e-commerce, SaaS, AdTech, or Data-as-a-Service - Certification in analytics or data platforms (e.g., PL-300, DA-100, Google Data Analyst) We offer*: - Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible - A competitive salary and good compensation package - Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) - Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Project: a global biopharmaceutical company #J-18808-Ljbffr
