Job description As a Talent AcquisitionOfficer, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute instrengthening the growth of Mantu at the international level. Youwill oversee handling from A to Z the recruitment process ofbusiness candidates and providing them an exceptional experiencewithin Mantu Group. You act as a real business partner to find thebest candidate for your internal clients. We are looking for keypeople in our team to help us improving the entire process ofrecruitment with innovative ideas and concepts. You will be incharge of : - Qualifying and treating of the needs transmitted bythe hiring managers - Doing pre-selection interviews through phonecalls - Assuring the follow-up of the recruitment process -Directly approaching the candidates and promoting Mantu on jobboards & social networks - Developing a network and creating aportfolio of candidates - Acting as a point of contact and buildinginfluential candidate relationships during the selection processYour Profile: - Final year student of your Bachelor's degree - Youhave a big interest in recruitment; - You are curious, with aproactive mindset and a team player attitude - Fluency in Englishand Spanish - You are service-oriented and have great communicationskills.
