Job Overview As a senior Pega system administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our application infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support to various development teams, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex system issues, leveraging your advanced troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of Pega applications, AIX, Linux, JBOSS, Tomcat, and Azure Cloud. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and executing change records, managing customer issues, and providing expert technical guidance to clients on all aspects of Pega applications. If you possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24/7 support for critical application systems used by digital channels, branch channels, and contact centers. - Perform day-to-day system operation support, including system outage management and monitoring. - Identify root causes of issues and resolve problems or escalate them properly until resolution. - Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute change records and tasks. - Conduct proactive monitoring of systems to prevent outages and ensure timely issue resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications - 1+ year of experience as a Pega system administrator or equivalent certification. - 2+ years of experience as a system administrator (AIX, Linux, JBOSS, Azure Cloud). - 2+ years' experience with PowerShell scripting, Python, Java, GIT, BitBucket, Fastlane, JBOSS, Tomcat, WebSphere. - 1+ year of experience with IP360 & CCM Security vulnerability remediation.
