Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Global Client Care team. This is a critical operational role responsible for developing departmental strategy, delivering transformation to provide operational excellence, and adhering to contractual obligations. - Lead a global team across different geographies who work in multiple languages. - Be customer-centric and build a performance-based culture focused on outcomes and key results, delivering World Class customer service. Job Description: The Senior Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and product support, back office support, and customer performance reporting. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Qualification • 15+ years of experience in the Customer Service business with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, including at least 5 years of experience leading large global teams in Financial Services arena. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven leadership capabilities, including strong thought leadership, effective decision-making, and strategy development. • Strategic thinker with the ability to frame up results into a cohesive strategy and articulate recommendations and insights.
