In parallel tothis strategic support, we also help our Selling Partners to solvetheir most pressing operational challenges. Your objective is tosupport Selling Partners to drive their business growth and programsatisfaction by working backwards from their individual targets anddeveloping a roadmap together with your Selling Partners. Inaddition, you use your analytical know-how to proactively identifyuntapped potential of each Selling Partner. The MarketplaceConsultant will be responsible for identifying and buildinglong-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makerswithin the prospective accounts. Given the early stage of the AMPSprogram you will also be responsible for developing processes,tools and content for this new service. You will be a key part ofdeveloping our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside crossfunctional teams and colleagues in other countries. The idealcandidate will be comfortable influencing external stakeholders,will have strong analytical skills, and a track record of usingdata and tools to drive business growth and be comfortableoperating in an ambiguous environment given the early stage of PaidServices program. Key job responsibilities 1. Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, managetimelines, expectations and owning communications 2. Produceprofound business recommendations and actionable insights by usinga wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data 3. Useyour comprehensive Amazon knowledge to leverage our solutions for Selling Partners' objectives. Consult your Selling Partners onopportunities derived and potential business impact 4. Be aproficient sparring partner to your selling partner guiding theexecution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and helpovercome operational and subject-specific challenges that appearalong the way 5. Gain the trust of each managed selling partner byclose collaboration and delivering results. Use trust to build andmaintain strong relationships with your stakeholders 6. Dedicatetime to educate each Selling partner about Amazon’s solutions andnews to enhance each Selling partner’s knowledge about Selling on Amazon 7. Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitatea monthly discussion around business progress, current challenges,and strategic plans with your Selling partner 8. Own a specificsubject within our service organization with the goal to supportpeers, invent processes/tools to the benefit of our internal andexternal stakeholders, e.g. Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon,Hiring, Tools, Deals and a lot more 9.
