Responsibilities: Conduct targeted outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach) to decision-makers in finance, data, operations, and sales roles, from MQL to SQL. Qualify leads through effective discovery, clearly communicating Engini’s unique AI orchestration & automation value. Schedule and coordinate high-value appointments and product demonstrations. Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records using CRM Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Requirements: 1-3 years of outbound SDR experience in SaaS (B2B, mid-market, or enterprise). Using Monday.com for CRM and pipeline management. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building capabilities. Proactive, organized, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets. Advantages: Familiarity with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) or AI integration solutions. Experience targeting enterprise-level stakeholders.
