Here, you are supported, celebrated, and empowered to thrive. Your new role Creative Ad Lab is a content creation and brand production department at Warner Bros. Discovery that develops multimedia solutions for clients in Latin America. Your responsibilities include developing and coordinating 360-degree brand strategy presentations and productions for high-profile advertising clients in Colombia, within the Warner Bros. Discovery content environment (TV, Digital, Streaming, and BTL activations). You will supervise creative execution, ensuring adherence to WBD standards, client guidelines, and project requirements (brand positioning, legal guidelines, etc.). Your role accountabilities 1. Develop creative proposals for 360-degree brand strategies or based on client reports, supported by (but not limited to) WBD IP, launches, networks, and events. 2. Create creative proposals (narrative pitches, campaign concepts, multimedia strategies) for internal presentation to clients and agencies. 3. Engage with agencies and clients throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Supervise, review, and approve production assets according to brand guidelines (WBD and client), audiovisual standards, and approved proposals (storyboards, scripts, artwork, social media posts, promotional pieces, episodes, activations, etc.). 5. Collaborate with team members including producers, media planners, advertising sales executives, and a broader team of social media, marketing, and content specialists. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Storytelling, and multiplatform audiovisual production (TV, digital, etc.). - Experience in advertising, broadcasting, or production industry. - Skills in presentation, production, and execution of multimedia brand content campaigns. - Extensive knowledge and experience in multiplatform content (movies, series, digital content, TV, OTT, advertising, etc.). - Experience in client service and commercial presentation.
