Identify training needs, coordinate with the engineering manager, monitor functions, and provide advice to improve processes, reduce time, eliminate rework, and increase order execution. 5. Troubleshoot and improve processes through technical information exchange to identify failures and implement improvements. Your Background 1. Electrical/Electronic Engineer Degree. 2. More than four (4) years of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge in design and construction of control cabinets, protections, Telecom SDH technology, electrical/mechanical design, and SPT (LDT) electrical/mechanical design. 4. Technical training in control systems, protections, telecommunications, and automation. 5. Intermediate English proficiency.
