Direct message the job poster from CBL Solutions Delivery Manager @ CBL Solutions | Recruitment Full Time - Installation & configuration of Videoconferencing platform and experience including operation, call setup and equipment troubleshooting (Cisco, Polycom, MS-Teams conf, Logitech, MTR etc.) - Design and implement A/V Conferencing solutions based on business requirements. - Evaluate and select appropriate hardware and software components to optimize system performance. - Configure and deploy Conferencing equipment, ensuring compatibility and reliability. Integration and Collaboration - Collaborate with IT teams, network engineers and other stakeholders to integrate A/V into the overall IT environment. - Provide ongoing support for A/V systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Solid administration, troubleshooting and analytical skills focused on MS Teams Video Conferencing, MTR solution. - Creating, licensing, and maintaining Microsoft Teams Room Accounts utilizing multiple platforms - Microsoft Exchange/O365, PowerShell, MMR, Microsoft Teams Admin Center. - Understanding of Interop of Cisco endpoints (OnPrem/Cloud Registrations), PEXIP Cloud Video interoperability to Teams Meetings (Coordination with PEXIP) and Poly Clarity solution. - Monitoring of CVI PEXIP Calls, ZOOM CRC Videoconference Calls - Room Mailbox requests for videoconference rooms. - Coordinate (vendor management) with the SBC telco carriers for raising the tickets, troubleshooting, and testing. - Experience with Logitech, Polycom, and Crestron A/V hardware and software (Logi Sync, Poly Web Interface, Creston Toolbox, Android systems) - Asset Management - Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records for items like acquisition, disposal, RMA, financial understandings, maintenance contracts and history etc. - Software upgrades & coordination with Vendors/OEM. - Create and maintain HLD & LLD documents for A/V systems, including configurations, troubleshooting guides and best practices. - Implement and enforce security measures to protect A/V systems from unauthorized access and potential threats. Skills: - Proficient in configuring and managing A/V conferencing systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on system reliability and performance. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
