We are looking for an experienced HRBP Senior who will act as a strategic leader, employee advocate, and change agent. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8–12 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably within multinational or professional services companies, combining both corporate and operational exposure. - Proven experience leading teams and complex HR projects. - Strong capabilities in leadership development, performance management, and organizational culture. - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. - Strategic mindset with analytical skills and excellent time management. - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, systems thinking, and resilience.
