Key Responsibilities - Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive andexecute financial strategies to support growth, cash flowoptimization, and cost management - Team Management: Hire, lead,and manage a team of 4+ accounting professionals, ensuring theirdevelopment and performance - Inventory Accounting & CostControl: Oversee all financial aspects of physical inventorymanagement, collaborating with operations to manage inventorycycles, COGS, and cost control - Technology Implementation &Automation;: Lead the implementation and integration of accountingsystems and automation tools - Financial Reporting &Compliance;: Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, compliancewith tax laws, and management of audits - Budgeting, Forecasting& Financial Analysis: Manage budgeting and forecastingprocesses, perform variance analysis, and provide actionableinsights for business growth - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Workclosely with supply chain, operations, and other departments toalign financial processes with business goals - Project Managementfor Systems & Processes: Oversee the successful execution offinancial projects, from software implementation to processoptimization - KPI & Performance Reporting: Implement systemsto monitor and report on financial KPIs, using data to drivestrategic decision-making Requirements - Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or equivalent preferred - 10+years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ yearsin a leadership or managerial role - Experience hiring &growing; a team of 4+ individual contributors - Significant hands-onexperience at a company with a physical inventory and/or supplychain component such as import/export, wholesale, e-commerce, orretail - Demonstrated experience with technology, with experienceimplementing software & automation tools to streamline &automate; accounting processes - Hands-on experience with accountingsoftware (Xero) and ERP systems (DEAR/CIN7, Odoo or similar), APsoftware (Ramp or Bill.com), and reporting/KPI software -Exceptional leadership and team management skills - Criticalthinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities - Strongproject management experience with a focus on process improvement,automation, and systems integration - Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to convey complex financialinformation to non-financial stakeholders Seniority level -Mid-Senior level Employment type - Full-time Job function - Finance - Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
