We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier software development and tech talent across a range of roles and seniority levels in Latin America. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, engineering leads, and the People team to help scale our teams with high-impact individuals who align with our culture and technical needs. We seek someone with a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record in hiring technical professionals. As part of our team, you will work remotely with clients in various geographies, so flexibility to adjust schedules based on project needs is essential. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a strong understanding of the software development landscape. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Architects, Product/Tech Leads). Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals. Understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Proactively source candidates across Latam through LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and other creative channels. Screen, interview, and assess technical talent for both skill and culture fit. Coordinate and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback and communication. Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System to ensure clean, consistent, and accurate data. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice in the tech space. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders (including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive offers, successful onboarding, and a smooth handoff post-hiring. Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment within the LATAM market, preferably in a fast-paced tech or software development environment. Proven track record of successfully hiring technical roles across different levels (junior to senior). Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proven track record in end-to-end selection processes and technical talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of the job market, salary trends, and industry benchmarks in the region. Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top talent. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruiter or other ATS platforms. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset.
