Aboutthe job In this role, you will require a deep understanding ofbuilding crypto wallets, excellent stakeholder management, and theability to guide cross-functional teams through the productlifecycle. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, andleadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, andlaunch new products, all in the field of crypto-wallets. Product development and Roadmap: Lead theend-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirementsgathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define userstories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management andworkflows for development teams. 2. Technical Expertise: Translatecomplex technical concepts into clear, actionable productrequirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize featuresbased on technical feasibility, business impact, and customervalue. 3. Conduct extensive market research, including customerdiscovery to understand the value proposition of our product. 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers,and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliversolutions. 5. Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features aredelivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing andfeedback loops. Additional requirements include: - 5+ years ofproduct management experience with at least 3 years in a technicalproduct management role. - Past experience in building or managingcrypto wallets with DeFi features. - Excellent communication skillsfor bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Expertisein agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc. - Strong understanding ofmicroservices, peer-to-peer systems, Javascript. - Strongorganizational skills to balance multiple priorities in afast-paced, remote environment. - Skilled in defining, tracking,and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/Btesting or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
