Overview We support our clients and their employees through brokering a suite of core and ancillary life and health benefits. Our Bilingual Spanish Translation Representatives are responsible for translating and modifying employee benefits guides and video overviews to provide accurate and helpful information for the employees of our clients to help them navigate benefits selection. This role does not require a license, so your primary responsibilities will be limited to the direct translation of media already produced in English by licensed professionals. How you'll make an impact • Leverage technology acumen to utilize multiple tools to complete automated, baseline translation for review • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a critical eye to ensure 100% translation accuracy and consistent document formatting • Manage a shared inbox of work with a peer group using a First In First Out (FIFO) model • Adhere to a strict turnaround time expectation and proactively notify team leadership if there are deadline risks within assigned task loads About you Required: • High school graduate or GED • Strong typing and computer skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English Nice to Have: • A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Publisher • Previous translation experience • Marketing or graphic design experience • Previous insurance experience
