Ezytec, located in Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia, is seeking a Growth Marketer y Analyst to lead digital user acquisition, activation, and experimentation initiatives under the Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Marketing Led Growth (MLG) models. The role involves designing, executing, and optimizing multichannel campaigns, developing operational and in-depth data analyses to generate strategic insights, and implementing continuous product, marketing, and experimentation improvements. The ideal candidate should be a professional in Marketing, Data Science, or related fields, with 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles focused on project execution. Key Responsibilities Design and execute digital campaigns aimed at user acquisition, activation, referral, monetization, and retention. Implement and audit digital and physical tracking systems. Manage Paid Media campaigns and platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business API, among others. Generate insights and knowledge to guide the conceptualization, planning, creativity, execution, and improvement of digital products and multichannel marketing campaigns. Define, execute, and analyze growth experiments. Perform exploratory data analyses to understand patterns, clusters, causalities, and correlations. Manage multiple data sources, conduct deep and ongoing analyses to identify friction points, optimization opportunities, and user segments with different behaviors. Build dashboards for cohort analysis, activation funnels, and periodic reports with actionable insights. Offerings Permanent contract (indefinite term). Salary: $4,500,000 COP. Hybrid work model.
