As Accounting & Systems Integration Specialist , Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Financial Operations: Assist accounting team members as needed with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the implementation of new accounting automation software Month-End Close: Assist the Controller in calculating and preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, reviewing the general ledger for accuracy, and generating financial reports accurately and timely. Ensure that accounting best practices, systems, and internal controls are followed Execute monthly and annual closing procedures Support the Controller with ad hoc financial projects and process improvements in the areas of operational efficiency, accounting and reporting, to support the company’s goal to become a paperless, AI-driven organization. Be able to effectively communicate with operational managers on matters involving financial operations and related to the assigned areas of responsibility REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Proactive & Self-Starter Sense of Urgency. Flexible & Adaptive Analytical Thinker Minimum requirements: Studies: Bachelor's degree in accounting , International Business, Business Administration, Finance, or administration-related. Experience: 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, including at least 3 years of experience working with system integrations Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST following the US Calendar. Contract: It would start as a 6-month contract with the possibility of later transitioning to a permanent contract.
