This is a mid-level position suited for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders. - Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources. - Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs. - Translate business questions into analytical solutions. - Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Contribute to the development of data models and analytics frameworks. **Required Qualifications**: - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). - Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Intermediate to advanced English (B2+). - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Nice to Have**: - Understanding of data warehousing and pipeline architecture.
