The Strategy & Corporate Development Team plays a key role in proposing and supporting strategic business decisions, exploring new product opportunities, and identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships. As a Business Development Senior Professional, you'll be expected to… - Shape and execute Nu’s strategy for Colombia by identifying key opportunities and developing specific goals and action plans with local and regional partners. - Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with Nu’s mission and priorities. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with Nu's objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. - Generate market insights through ongoing research and competitive analysis, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and partnership prospects. - Provide structured content leadership, guiding project frameworks and supporting strategic prioritization with a clear direction for initiatives.
