Sales and Customer Service Representative Location: Colombia Position Overview: The Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for following up on leads, handling incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves extensive email and call communication with restaurant clients and contractors. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and follow up on leads from email campaigns. Manage customer interactions using CRM software (training provided). Conduct high-volume outreach via email and phone, targeting the Atlanta market. Deliver excellent customer service, especially with challenging clients. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet sales targets. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Typing speed of at least 60 WPM (typing test required). Experience with customer service, preferably with restaurant clients or contractors. Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable). Strong verbal communication skills for high-volume calls and maintaining a positive attitude.
