Responsibilities: - Managed end-to-end onboarding process, from verbal offer acceptance through final hiring steps. - Drafted and delivered offer letters, ensuring timely and accurate communication. - Collected candidate documentation and ensured compliance with onboarding requirements.- - Oversaw background check initiation and follow-up to guarantee completion before start date. - Acted as liaison between candidates and recruiters to streamline onboarding coordination. - Maintained consistent candidate engagement, providing guidance and reminders on pre-start tasks. - Identified opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and enhance the new hire experience. This position offers a 6-month fixed-term contract for a specific project (obra y labor), with the possibility of extension to one year. The monthly salary is $4,000,000 COP.
