The ideal candidate will manage a variety of executive support tasks with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities: - Executive Support & Communication (25%) : Manage executive correspondence, prioritize communications, maintain calendar schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle high-level interactions professionally and proactively. - Administrative & Bookkeeping Tasks (30%) : Perform general administrative duties including light bookkeeping, data entry, virtual reception, document management, and expense tracking to ensure efficient office operations. - Social Media & Personal Brand Management (30%) : Oversee social media presence, curate content, manage profiles strategically, and help develop and maintain a consistent personal brand online. - Travel Planning & Personal Logistics (15%) : Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and occasional scheduling of personal appointments remotely. This role reports directly to the CEO. Work Environment: Remote telecommuting requiring reliable internet, a dedicated distraction-free workspace, and regular virtual meetings. Qualifications: - Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA, Latin America, and Europe - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
