Job Description As a Customer Service/Legal Assistant , your role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and organizational excellence within our client's legal firm. You will meticulously assess and validate candidates' communication and organizational skills during the hiring process, as these abilities are crucial for supporting our clients and providing compassionate service to individuals with hearing disabilities. Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 3 pm to 12 m COL Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home What do you need to succeed? Maintaining proper file documentation and client statuses. Accurately processing claims documentation. Acting as a liaison between the client and the Legal department. Handling documentation submission to third-party counterparts. Maintaining contact with assigned clients to ensure efficient claim processing. Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates. Following up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhering to all applicable responsibilities and company policies. Providing feedback to management for continuous improvement.
