We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture. Job Description: Purpose: Develop and implement human resources strategies that drive business growth, employee engagement, and organizational culture alignment. Collaborate with senior leadership to set HR goals that support overall business objectives. Critical Responsibilities: Direct management of HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning and Development, and Culture. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Oversight of global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent supporting company growth objectives. Other Key Accountabilities: Employer Branding Strategy: Lead the development and execution of an engaging employer branding strategy enhancing company reputation in the talent market. Key Qualifications: A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong track record in high-growth tech companies. Proven success managing large teams and working cross-functionally with stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in international HR management, understanding global workforce regulations. Broad HR knowledge encompassing Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance.
