Now, we're looking for a Medellín-based Executive Assistant & Office Manager who's ready to step into a high-ownership role and become the right hand to our CEO—and the operational engine that keeps everything running. This Isn't Your Typical Assistant Role. You'll be running point on projects, launches, team coordination, and system optimization—not just answering emails or making travel bookings (although yes, you'll do those too). We need someone who's two steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced startup, and knows how to take a rough idea and run with it. You'll be in the weeds one moment, building a system the next, and sitting in on strategy the moment after that. What You'll Do: Executive & Life Management - Own the CEO's calendar like your life depends on it - Filter, manage, and respond to emails and messages - Book flights, hotels, retreats, meetings—nothing slips - Manage life admin so our founder can stay in creative genius mode Operations & Project Ownership - Build and maintain internal SOPs and checklists - Own timelines and deliverables for team-wide initiatives - Coordinate meetings, track KPIs, and remove bottlenecks - Be the glue between marketing, sales, and support Creative + Admin Support - Design and refine slides in Canva - Spot typos, fix formatting, and keep everything polished - Assist with content uploads, email sequences, and client touchpoints Requirements You Might Be a Fit If... You're fluent in English—spoken and written (native or near-native; this is non-negotiable) You've got 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or operations-heavy role You eat tech for breakfast: GSuite, Zapier, Canva, HighLevel, Zoom, Funnels, AI tools, automations—you name it You've got a systems brain + creative eye: SOPs, dashboards, graphics, spelling—all under control You understand the startup rhythm: deadlines, pivots, and pressure don't throw you off You've got extreme attention to detail—you spot the error in a KPI spreadsheet before anyone else sees it You're a project manager at heart: proactive, organized, and allergic to dropped balls You bring a leadership mindset: you question broken systems, speak up when it matters, and lead from behind Bonus Points If You've Used: GoHighLevel, Close CRM, Slack, Streamyard, Zoom, PandaDoc, Jotform, Vimeo, Monday, AddEvent, AI tools, funnel builders, and websites/landing page tools.
