**RESPONSIBILITIES** The Unit Supply clerk purchases, stocks and distributes equipment and materials for the department. - Stocks, distributes and tracks all purchases - Distributes appropriate paperwork - Maintains inventory of all supplies, equipment and materials - Writes requisitions - Receives and checks all shipments - Prepares and maintains appropriate reports and files - Directs deliveries to other departments - Answers phone calls - Performs office clerical tasks, as needed - Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** - 3 years of related experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities - Valid Driver's License preferred - English professional fluency, preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred. - Ability to utilize a wide variety of reference and descriptive data and information, such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery slips, vendor contracts and safety data sheets - Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion - Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance - Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check - Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment **WORKING CONDITIONS
