Position Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at StormWind Studios offers an exciting opportunity to drive lead generation and build strong sales pipelines that directly contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. You’ll be identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers at companies across the U.S. and Canada. You will partner with our Sales Reps and Directors to strategize and build the foundations of future sales success. This fully remote role, based in Colombia, requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be an integral part of the team, impacting revenue generation by connecting with key stakeholders and making a difference every day. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales Reps to gather and interpret information about potential prospects, helping to drive and close deals. Generate leads by building a sales pipeline through outbound cold calling to identify and qualify target accounts and prospects. Schedule initial prospect meetings and transition qualified leads to the Sales Team for follow-up and closing. Track and log all prospecting activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and maximize each customer interaction, ensuring prospects see the value in StormWind’s offerings. Highly organized: You can manage your time effectively in a remote environment and keep track of your sales activities efficiently. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in sales or a similar role involving outbound calls (cold calling or prospecting). Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams in the U.S. and Canada. Comfortable working remotely with strong time-management skills to balance a busy workload. A passion for sales: You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact on your team’s success. Strong desire for growth: You’re eager to hone your sales skills, learn new techniques, and continuously improve. ISP Requirements: Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed to efficiently use the required systems and tools. Compensation Base Compensation: COP $4,500,000 to COP $5,500,000 monthly, based on market rates for a Colombian BDR. Commission Structure: Bonus eligibility begins on your first day!
