Job Title: Customer Success Engineer I This is an entry-level position that plays a crucial role in building relationships with new and existing customers by project managing their onboarding to our product, providing best practices, technical and customer support, and user training on the application. About the Role: - Build relationships with new and existing customers - Project manage customer onboarding - Provide technical and customer support - Develop and maintain product documentation - Perform quality assurance testing We are looking for a highly motivated and technically savvy individual who has excellent communication skills and experience in project management and the upstream oil and gas industry.
