The Compliance Specialist ensures operational and regulatory compliance within the client onboarding process. This role involves completing due diligence, handling legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a legal background, preferably with experience in law firms, and will assist in resolving compliance-related issues, managing shareholder changes, and certifying documents such as passports. Responsibilities: - Oversee and execute the client onboarding process, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Conduct due diligence, verify documentation, and ensure accuracy in compliance procedures. - Manage legal paperwork related to client incorporation, including shareholder modifications. - Certify and validate legal documents, including passports and shareholder records. - Resolve compliance-related issues efficiently, ensuring adherence to internal policies. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to facilitate compliance processes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the role. Qualifications: - Law degree. - 1-2 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, preferably within a law firm. - Advanced English level. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
