Required Skills/Abilities: - Advanced near-native English proficiency. - Proficient computer skills, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides [Google Sites is a plus]), and Learning Management Systems. - Strong judgment, service, and a solution-oriented approach. - General tech-savviness. - Affable and adaptable individual with a positive attitude. - Ability to act independently. - Display flexibility, creativity, and develop innovative solutions. - Be a team player. Education and Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in training roles in a BPO environment. - Certification from talent and training associations is a plus. - Previous experience as a corporate training specialist or in a related position is a plus. - Senior college student in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. - Previous experience in a BPO is required.
