Support administrative functions: manage documents, purchase orders, billing, reports, follow-up with suppliers and supervise supplies and cleaning personnel to ensure an efficient and organized environment. What requirements must you meet? Technician, technologist or student in the last semesters of administrative or related careers. 2 years experience in related positions. Excellent skills in using social networks and online sales platforms. KNOWLEDGE IN: Accounting documents. Human resources management. Advanced use of Excel. Electronic billing. Standards and techniques applied to the formulation and execution of the fiscal budget. High and professional knowledge of Microsoft digital tools and internet navigation.
