Train users in the use and handling of equipment so that they can use those properly, avoiding failures and repairs. Give remote support to dealers for installations and repairs. Moderate customers on possible problem solutions on the equipment use. Administrative functions such as: phone call attendance, introducing data on the ServiceNow database. Education: Electronic and Communications Engineer or similar. Experience: At least one year in a similar position, customer service. Specific skills : IT-Knowledge: MS Office (Intermediate-Advanced); Lotus Notes; preferably CRM´s. Technical Skills: Analogue and Digital Devices Knowledge, Mechanics, Networking. Soft Skills: Customer focus, good interpersonal relationships, service attitude.
