The Opportunity This position works out of our Bogotá location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. As the Finance Director, you are a key leader that acts and leads cross-functionally for the right fiduciary and stewardship mentality, provides accurate actuals business analysis, maximizes investment returns and ensures quality across multiple relevant reporting locally and to the Region, also deploys the right due diligence for successful planning cycles, and the right partnership not only with the Sales and Marketing local organization but also with the regional functions to deliver on ambitious goals. What You'll Do - E nsure integrity of financials; maintain sound internal controls and secure satisfactory audits. - Partner cross-functionally for insights, analysis, investment decision, and execution. - Present effectively financial and non-financial information to GM, Region and ANI leadership. - Review Actuals P&L; and Balance Sheet, understand underlying variances, take corrective actions, and manage risk and opportunities. - Have in place the right governance and action for continuous margin improvement and ROI. - Manage the process, content, and deliverables of the quarterly rolling LBE and support LTP process. - Lead and develop your team for success and define career development opportunities. - Provide financial and strategic insights to Local-Region-Division Management on key business matters. - Deliver high-end financial forecast accuracy and support improvement of the supply forecast. - Succesfully manage the annual cost change process ensuring assumptions quality and implications assessment. - Be agile to function as PMO when needed, usually supporting Area Finance projects or Global Tools-Systems implementation. Required Qualifications - Degree in accounting, business, finance, economy, or industrial engineering, master's in business or finance is preferred. Preferred Qualifications - 10 years of relevant finance experience aligned to the role expectations with proven track record in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, internal control and Finance leadership. - You should demonstrate: - Initiative, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Financial planning and analysis capabilities and financial reporting and accounting competences - Internal Control competences and Demand Planning capabilities - Ability to communicate with others effectively and to manage complexity - Teamwork and ability to build solid work relations across the organization - Ability to develop your team - Leadership and ability to challenge your own team and cross-functionally for value creation - Ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data - Risk and Opportunities management - Excel, Power Point, Data Management-Visualization and ERP skills to complete tasks. - Ability to operate independently and under minimal supervision - Ability to balance between the strategic perspective and relevant details orientation. - - ROI culture leader. - Team management and team development.
