Job Description: Sutherland seeks Project Managers eager to join a comprehensive onboarding program, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and pursue professional growth with multicultural teams worldwide. The role involves managing projects for NICE Software Solutions, a major multinational IT solutions provider. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope and budget, while mitigating risks and issues. The ideal candidate will help build a rewarding career and contribute to our success. Main Responsibilities: Manage entire project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and resource requirements. Utilize NICE project management methodologies, tools, and templates effectively. Serve as the primary contact for projects, representing NICE in internal and external forums. Develop project roadmaps and long-term plans to maximize ROI. Identify, monitor, and resolve issues proactively; escalate as needed. Report project status accurately to stakeholders at agreed intervals. Manage project revenue, forecasts, and update management systems accordingly. Assess and improve project delivery quality and efficiency; contribute to methodology enhancements. Participate in the broader project management community to share knowledge and best practices. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have: At least 5 years of proven experience leading teams and managing projects in a matrix environment, including international clients. Experience managing projects within consulting or software organizations, delivering solutions to external clients. Experience overseeing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development. Ability to manage complex, dynamic, and multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing IT, telephony, or software projects. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to bridge business and technical issues. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong business acumen and revenue management skills. PMP certification is desirable.
