To continue our growth, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. Joining our team means working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the delivery team, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Developers, to cohesively test bots at various stages of development. This will involve creating test cases and test plans collaboratively with Business Analysts using various testing tools. Key Responsibilities Review specifications (User Stories, Test plans, Test cases) and design documents (PDDs, BRDs, Process maps). Perform backend testing using various tools to test databases, APIs, etc. Understand user story and documentation structures. Create test cases, test plans, user stories, and bug tickets as needed. Review and maintain test plans and cases with input from developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, accountability, and quality. Develop and execute regression, load, and stress tests. Prioritize automation of test cases to streamline testing processes. Report, manage, and track bugs using Jira. Consider negative test cases and edge scenarios outside of the front end. Perform comprehensive testing, including end-to-end testing, with documented feedback. Manage test data sets to ensure viability for testing scenarios. Technologies tested include Salesforce, UiPath, Workato, Work relay, Web APIs, and CRMs. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a QA tester. Technical background with knowledge of code, software development, and automation frameworks, including frontend and backend testing. Familiarity with testing methodologies such as test cases, test plans, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing. Ability to interpret system requirements and translate them into test documents. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of automation project methodologies is advantageous.
