Job Description: Global Process Supervisor Location: Medellín Job grade: 20E Hybrid Position Our team is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Global Process Supervisor supporting Healthcare Logistic & Distribution processes. Responsibilities: - Identify, prioritize and drive global finance process optimization and standardization initiatives. - Lead and support the project. - Manage and track progress against project plans, status reports, and issues logs. - Work directly with business partners, external vendors, and IT teams. - Prepare process mapping, system design and user requirements. - Develop and implement procedures, rules, manuals/DLPs and plans.
