Cold Caller - Sales Development Representative **Location**: Medellín, Colombia **Schedule**: Monday - Friday **Language**: Fluent English Role Overview: We are seeking proactive and results-driven B2B Cold Callers to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to B2B prospects, identifying potential opportunities, and feeding qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calls to identify new business leads. - Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Account Executives. - Build rapport and manage objections effectively over the phone. - Log activities and notes accurately in CRM systems. - Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies. - Meet or exceed KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments set). Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred). - Proven track record in meeting outbound KPIs. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently. - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with U.S. clients or markets. - Knowledge of manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction industries. - Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. **Experience**: - cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
