LOCATION: TODA COLOMBIA Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract talent. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing interview materials, and sending out candidate communications. Collaborate with other members of the HR/Coordination team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Other duties as assigned. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.El equipo reclutador buscará estos conocimientos y habilidades en las postulaciones.
