COSTS AND REPORTING ANALYST Perform costing, inventory valuation, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for various segments, complying with established policies and procedures, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for use in regulatory compliance, internal analysis, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare inventory adjustments and ensure maintenance of cost master data (creation of orders, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, account assignments to Cost Centers), in order to guarantee their correct recording and ensure no issues arise during the closing execution. Execute timely monthly, quarterly, and annual pre-close/close processes for each of the business sub-segments, in order to ensure the availability of necessary information for accounting close and information analysis. Review and reconcile Cost and Inventory accounts or others assigned, and perform analysis to ensure the quality of the generated information. Prepare cost reports, conducting comparisons, trend analysis, and deviations, generating alerts that mitigate financial risks and aid in decision-making. Resolve identified issues and inconsistencies in the process, in accordance with established policies, to ensure timely and effective solutions. Identify and propose improvements in cost processes, through an analytical approach and data analysis, with the objective of minimizing errors and mitigating financial risks, guaranteeing the operational excellence of the process. Continuously update on accounting standards, documenting necessary changes and transactions, in alignment with the R2A process. This facilitates audit review and contributes to business standard compliance. Requirements: Last-semester university student or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related careers. 1 year of experience in financial or accounting roles. Experience in costs (Desirable). Data analysis tools (Advanced Excel). Financial analytical skills. IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
