Role Summary The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, adoption, and revenue across the customer journey. Collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you will create personalized, data-driven touchpoints to support customers at every stage, focusing on product adoption, feature usage, and expansion opportunities. Responsibilities Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers, driving product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention. Identify key moments in the customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide behaviors using behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization. Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior, evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key KPIs (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, expansion). Provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels to enhance messaging and engagement. Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategies, product launches, and customer experience. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech sectors. Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies across customer segments. Proven success in developing cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize initiatives. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Braze. Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration. Experience managing large, cross-cultural projects across time zones. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Growth mindset, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
