Job Description: Remote Sales Agent at VND VND, a leader in web/app development and IT solutions since 2002, is seeking a remote sales agent to join our hybrid team. We're looking for a driven individual with vision who can shape the future. Daily Responsibilities 1. Prospect & Find Leads: Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking targeted at the US market (in English) using Apollo.io for lead hunting. 2. Educate & Engage: Empower prospects rather than just selling. 3. Collaborate with Marketing: Develop effective sales strategies with the marketing team. 4. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify key targets. 5. Negotiate & Seal Deals: Close sales while ensuring clients feel valued. 6. CRM Management: Keep our CRM updated with daily wins and client interactions. Your Role - Prospecting: Find leads via cold calls, email campaigns, and networking. - Research & Analysis: Study market trends and competitors. - Value Communication: Present benefits of our IT solutions and software development, utilizing Instanly.ai for email marketing. - Sales & Satisfaction: Negotiate effectively and ensure customer satisfaction. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry shifts and competitor tactics. Requirements - Minimum 5 years in tech sales with a proven record. - Experience with tools such as Instanly.ai and Apollo.io. - Some college experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. - Fluent in English. - Full-time commitment (M-F, 8am-5pm CST), with remote flexibility.
