The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to implement and monitor quality standards at the plant. Job Summary This role involves delivering training and executing methodologies to ensure consistent production of safe and effective products. The specialist will manage the Quality Audit Program, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. - Implement and maintain quality plans for the plant, taking corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure all processes comply with global formula specifications and performance targets. - Deliver training on quality standards and methodologies to plant staff. - Utilize statistical tools to monitor process quality. - Support development of formula, packaging, and equipment projects to align with quality requirements. - Manage and execute the Quality Audit Program. - Work closely with the Global Technical Center to maintain and improve quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
