Job Title: Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist Job Description: As a key member of our technology ecosystem team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and securing our clients' technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing security configurations, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced integration initiatives for fast-scaling enterprises within dynamic industries. Responsibilities include coordinating, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to security systems, maintaining and monitoring CI/CD pipelines and CLI tooling, collaborating closely with security, engineering, and business teams to ensure best practices are followed, triaging inbound support requests, prioritizing tasks based on criticality, providing clear and transparent communication to clients and internal teams, proactively identifying and mitigating potential security issues, and other duties as assigned.
