Implemenmtation Specialist Newton Vision Corp is a US-based consulting company with operations in Texas and Colombia with deep experience in business process reengineering, optimization, and digital transformation. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Engagement Director. In this role, you will work with customers, the deployment team, and the product team to implement software and services for our customers. This role requires versatility across multiple areas: business analysis; software configuration; software integration; and customer success. An Implementation Specialist gathers requirements and configures the software to those requirements, integrates the software platform with other software platforms, responds to ad-hoc customer requests, and works directly with the customer to provide expertise and guidance on solution implementation, usage, and adoption. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment with fast-growing solutions. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, configuring, integrating, delivering, and training solutions specific to customer products and services. What you will do: Execute on project implementations Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives Configure requirements in the software, including content, forms, data, workflows, reports, and the like Setup integrations between software platforms Provide excellent customer service and support Participate in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projects Document steps required to develop or modify applications Lead implementation-specific activities Input issues into customer-facing and internal issue-tracking applications, and follow up with internal team members and external customers Work with other Professional Services team members to support customer needs Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support and product enhancement needs. You must have: B.A. or higher in a related field Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Strong analytical and technical background Must be highly organized and work well under pressure Must be able to work independently, as well as, under supervision Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skills. A plus: Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories Ability to deal with multiple projects, conflicting timelines, and changing priorities effectively and efficiently Familiarity with CRM and CPQ products 2-5 years of implementation specialist experience Knowledge of technology, to include IT networking, internet technologies and web applications Demonstrated JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL skill and experience We Offer: Salary commensurate with experience.
